- Underbust: Measure around the bottom line of the chest.
- Bust: Measure at the highest point of the chest on a horizontal line.
- Cup size: Calculate the difference between the underbust and bust measurements.
- Waist: Measure at the smallest part of the waist.
- Hip: Measure at the fullest part of the hip.

- If we do not receive the returned item within 14 days of approval, the return/exchange request will be automatically cancelled.
China returns

Overseas returns
- Please email us within 30 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
- Once approved, please return the item within 14 days in its original packaging with all tags and the original sales memo.
- All returns must be sent to our Hong Kong warehouse. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
- If we do not receive the returned item within 21 days of approval, the return/exchange request will be automatically cancelled.
