Returns & Exchanges
We strive to provide the best online shopping experience. We offer an exchange service for eligible items. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please submit your return or exchange request within 30 days of receiving your order.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Discounted items and promotional products
- Panties, shaping shorts, and Nude Bra
- Gifts with purchase
General Conditions
- We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item has been worn, washed, modified, or shows signs of use or damage.
- All returned items must be in their original packaging with tags intact and unworn.
- If a gift with purchase was included, we reserve the right to charge the full retail value of the gift if it is not returned in original condition.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes.
Hong Kong and Macau returns
- Please email us within 30 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
- Once your request is approved, please return the item in its original packaging with all tags and the original sales memo attached.
- All returns must be shipped to our Hong Kong warehouse.
- We strongly recommend using a courier service with tracking.
- If we do not receive the returned item within 14 days of approval, the return/exchange request will be automatically cancelled.
China returns

All orders shipped to China are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Overseas returns
- Please email us within 30 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
- Once approved, please return the item within 14 days in its original packaging with all tags and the original sales memo.
- All returns must be sent to our Hong Kong warehouse. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
- If we do not receive the returned item within 21 days of approval, the return/exchange request will be automatically cancelled.
Defective returns

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the replacement arrangement.
